    Bollore is proud to "think green' and promote environmental awareness in our daily activities. The most exciting example of this is our Bolphane grade BYO, the world's first biodegradable shrinkfilm.

    But our commitment to the environment doesn't stop there. Our production plant located in Connecticut recycles 100% of our scrap films, as well as other wastes such as corrugated, core tubes, paper, wood, batteries, scrap metal, and light bulbs. We are constantly looking for new ways to reduce our waste stream, through source reduction and innovation. Energy consumption has been significantly reduced through capital investment of energy-efficient machinery and other plant services. We support suppliers who are also committed to these goals.

    We are currently investigating the merits of ISO14000 registration.
